The traffic in Chicago is some of the worse in the country. Even though the stadium isn't full you have to deal with people driving in from out of town, those from the city and those from the suburbs so just know that most likely you will be jammed in traffic.

The safety inside and outside is completely 100% safe and there are usually no incidents from fans. The ushers are pretty good about taming those who are drunk and acting crazy but I have never witnessed a bad circumstance at the game.

There are scalpers but I haven't dealt with them since I have always had tickets in advance. I don't know why you would want to deal with them since the Fire are rarely sold out.

There is ample parking around the stadium and can range from $15 right next to the stadium to around $5 for a few blocks away.

They dont have anything to unique at the stadium. They have Chicago deep dish pizza, sausages, hot dogs, pretzels, and nachos but nothing special like some soccer stadiums.
Best restaurants near Toyota Park?
There are about 20 or so great Chicago deep dish pizza places around the area and I strongly suggest you try one of these because its a little heaven on earth. I would suggest Giordanos or Ginos East but you wont be disappointed with any of them.

There are great bars to attned before getting to the match. Some of these are the Atlantic Bar & Grill, Galway Arms, and Fados. They have great gameday sepcials and appetizers to enjoy.

The official Chicago Fire store is your place to get replica jerseys, shirts, hats, and things to wave during the game. There are also a few vendors throughout the stadium selling little things.

Chicago Fire's home is actually located around 25 miles outside the city itself, in the suburb of Bridgeview. This location, not as easily accessed as the club's former home at downtown's Soldier Field is something that has hurt attendance.
