There isn't a bad seat inside the stadium. There are section designated for opposing team fans if you prefer sitting with them. The middle of the stadium is closer to the action on both sides of the field so I suggest sitting there.

I would definitely stay after certain homes games, especially if you have kids to watch the Post-Match PK activity. Kids under 14 can take their best shot at a penalty shot and at worst it is an entertaining experience watching people kick soccer balls.
