Depending from where you arriving, there are a few different options. There's a CAMRA Good Beer Guide option just outside Hamilton Central Railway Station, called the George Bar. By Hamilton West Station (your other public transport option) there's Bar West and The Tap Room, both of which are hugely welcoming to home fans, but more reserved towards visitors. There's not a huge amount of choice besides these, but you can always walk around Hamilton and see what you can find!

Although New Douglas Park is a little way out of town, there are a few pubs around the ground that make getting some drinks before the game easy. The Academical Vaults, Tap Rooms and Bar West are all just outside the railway station and so are all popular on game days! They are more popular with home fans (as you can probably guess by the names) but as long as away fans behave themselves then there should be no problems.Further into town there are a couple of pubs that are worth a look. The George and The Stonehouse are both football friendly pubs and just hop on the train to Hamilton West Station afterwards!
