Houston is a gigantic city and has traffic problems at all hours of the day. There are just so many people driving to events, airports, etc. and when there are games you can plan on sitting in traffic. There really isn't any way to avoid this so just be patient and listen to the post game or pre-game on the radio.

The stadium is located in downtown Houston. You can park at different restaurants pre-game and get a free bus ride to the game or there is parking everywhere before a game. There are massive Houston Size signs saying Minute Maid Park and you can see the stadium from the freeway.

I was fortunate to be able to see a game in April with my brother and got to try this great concoction. Chicken & Waffle Cone is new to the stadium and serves a cone with mashed potatoes and chicken drizzled with honey mustard sauce. ;)
