There are scalpers but you usually can get a better deal paying face value at the actual ticket office or through Craigslist. If you don't mind missing some of the first quarter you can really get cheap tickets.

There are scalpers outside the arena in case you need tickets. There are police officers just walking around to make sure no one gets ripped off but I haven't heard of any bad experiences from people.

Okay options you can pay at the box office or you can get the on ticket master. You can also get th from a scalptor for a low price but if it's equal to the box office, then buy them there.
