It's fun to get there early and check out batting practice. If you're trying to get an autograph, remember tons of baseball players are suckers for the kiddos, so send one to get it; they tend to have the best odds for success. Another benefit of checking out batting practice is that's a good time to ask for autographs.  

Traffic around jetBlue Park?

Make no mistake: traffic can slow to a crawl, so do plan accordingly. Lots of people fly in for training, and yes, JetBlue Park is near the airport, but do not be lulled into a false sense of security because of this! Give yourself at least an hour. Closer to game start time, thicker the traffic. You have been warned!

Parking is easy and cheap. Sure, you're parked on grass, but so what? It's $10! Much of the staff are pleasant retirees who say sweet things to you like: "drive safe". Not only are the parking staff friendly, they are efficient and make it super easy to get in and out. That being said, don't underestimate any potential congestion, because it certainly exists. A projected 15 minutes can easily translate into a solid hour, so heads-up!

Not much to do around the immediate neighborhood of the venue...yet! It's in the middle of nowhere. Cows were not uncommon in the area years ago. But take heart! The team owns land surrounding JetBlue Park, so some exciting developments are sure to come! Stay tuned! The fun is just beginning at this pristine new venue!  

What to expect from the jetBlue Park crowd?

We've had season passes, and never once encountered one unfriendly employee. Must be those Florida sun rays keeping everyone happy. Potential parking fiascos are avoided, because the police do a great job helping out. As for the crowd, a lot of locals leave early, so it starts to thin out as the evening progresses, giving you more room to kick back and enjoy.

Dealing with scalpers at jetBlue Park?

Sure, there are scalpers around. Unfortunately, what tends to happen when tickets go on sale is there are resellers who have hired non-fans to get in line super early and buy up a bunch of tickets, making it hard for fans to get a fair shot at good seats. Things have improved since the camping ban, however.  

Best food and drink at jetBlue Park?

You have your wine and beer, of course. Impressive beer selection (craft) , Average stadium prices. Certainly not the highest in the country. You definitely want to have a lobster roll! Excellent food and drink concessions, but make sure you have cash on hand, as some do not accept plastic.

jetBlue Park seating?

It is slightly smaller than many venues, so it's more intimate. It's cliche, but there is not a bad seat in the house. We love sitting right behind home plate. Florida can be hot during the day, so look for section 218 if you want to be beneath the awning to keep cool.

Casa Lupita is about 20 minutes away from JetBlue Park, and their margaritas are mind boggling in their deliciousness. The prices are great, and the food is very authentic. Do try the guacamole. It's the freshest ever. This is the perfect pre-game festive atmosphere to hit up! It's close to the airport.

Stores to hit up at jetBlue Park?

There's a few tents set up outside the venue to visit before game time. The gift shop has amazing half off deals toward the end of the season. The merchandise you can pick up here is especially unique because lots of it makes specific references to Fenway South, or training, so it makes it very authentic.

Artifacts to look for at jetBlue Park?

By and far, the coolest artifact at jetBlue Park at Fenway South is the green monster! It's like the one in Boston, but you can sit inside it. So cool. Really, the entirety of jetBlue Park at Fenway South is an artifact, because it is an exact replica of Fenway Park in so many amazing ways!
