Having the commentary completely changes the game, and really adds to the experience.

You just have to take a portable radio with you - yes you will be right in the thick of things but you will only see the cars whizzing by for a couple of seconds every lap. Tune into 87.7 FM and you will get up to the minute updates including race updates, weather predictions and tyre strategy.Binoculars are also a must - zooming in and seeing someone trying to control a car going at 200 mph is something worth seeing. Also being earplugs. Seriously - bring ear plugs. The noise is awesome but after an hour, your mind will start pounding if you son't have any protection.
