With fantastic rooms and the service that comes with a high end hotel, you will be pampered in the heart of Atlanta. With all hotels costing around $250 a night, you will just have to choose based on personal preference. However, The Georgian Terrace does have something that sets it apart. Edgar’s Proof and Provision is a wonderful speakeasy style bar located in the hotel that serves up from great craft cocktails and delicious appetizers!
For the style and substance of the 5 star hotels without the price tag – the Midtown district of Atlanta has a great selection of mid range hotels – that allow you to really enjoy your stay without going over your budget! Hotel Aloft, Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites Atlanta are all excellent choices. With locations that are second to none you will be right in the middle of the action as well as being just a few moments’ walk from the stadium itself! The Staybridge Suites has a pool view of Atlanta’s skyline that will knock your socks off – and it’s outdoor fireplace is a perfect way to enjoy the warm Georgian night. However, if you are looking for convenience and proximity to the Bobby Dodd Stadium – The Hampton Inn Georgia Tech will suit you perfectly. A great hotel with everything you need, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the ground, based on the campus itself. The breakfast is pretty great too!
Sometimes though, you just need a place to rest your head at night, and save your money to spend on entertainment, some great food and some fantastic beers. The Inn at the Peachtrees has everything you need in a hotel – great staff, clean and fresh rooms and a fantastic location all for around $100 – if you think that’s good, just wait till breakfast! Imagine a full American-style with fresh waffles, eggs, and breakfast meat. Fruit, cereal, and pastries are also served alongside freshly brewed coffee and hot tea. Otherwise for a really great deal – The Comfort Inn Downtown and Country Inn and Suites hotels are a little further away from the stadium (around 2.5 miles) but for just $80 a night – you really can’t go wrong!
