I don't know about you but I think Germany specialises in meat really really well – so I might be a bit bias when I recommend SteakManufaktur – you can probably guess what they cook by the restaurant's name but sometimes a steak with all the fixings is just what the doctor ordered. They have a great range here and cook them really well! For some food that is low on price but high on spice and flavour, you have two great choices. If you want awesome Middle Eastern food, Shushu Falafel does kebabs on hummus like no one else in the city. And If you are wanting some fragrant, fresh flavours– go to Vietnamese restaurant Com Viet.

WWK ARENA seating?

The WWK Arena was opened in 2009 at a cost of just €45. This really isn't a lot compared to some of the expensive grounds around the world – but the club were effective on their budget. Thus, the seats are comfortable and they all have good views of the pitchAs you can imagine, the main action areas are behind the goals, with the area behind the North Goal being the heart of where the passionate Augsburg fans sit. Tickets here will cost you just €13 for a standing spot or €23 for a seat behind the goal. The South Stand is where the away supporters are found – and because this is shared with the family enclosure, the atmosphere is a bit duller over here. The more expensive tickets are in the stands that run along the pitch and cost up to €39 for seats near the half way line for your average Bundesliga game.

Luckily you don't need to plan out some confusing journey to get to the stadium on a game day. The city put on special football trams that run from the main train station in town and take you straight to the football ground. The journey takes just 20 minutes and new trams leave every 5-10 minutes. An Added bonus is the fact that if you have a ticket for the game – the transport is free!If you are driving, I would recommend getting there early. There are a couple of car parks at the ground that you can use – but with only 1000 spaces, they do fill up rather quickly!
