The seating in the Laxness Arena really offers a different experience dependent on what even you are going to see. For concerts, the seats are great and whilst they are not the most amazing seats in the whole world, they are perfectly fine for watching a show!The Ice Hockey offers a different experience, the high paced movement on the ice means that you are constantly looking everywhere and you are up and out of your seat a lot so the comfort levels won't be as important. But as such, the ticket prices will vary from behind the goal and from seats in the stands running the length of the rink.

First things first, the arena is massive. During sports events it can fit up to 18,000 spectators! That's why sometimes acoustics or visibility can be bad if you're holding bad tickets. If visiting a show event make sure you are not too far from the stage. Same accounts for hockey games. The upper echelons are definitely pretty far away, I wouldn't recommend buying tickets for these although these are the cheapest seatings. Price ranges are between 16€ (standing) and 44€ (category 1, main stands). Prices for "Ok” visibility start at 24€, don't go for the 20€ option.

As one of the most advanced indoor arenas in Europe, understandably the sightlines are superb. Whether you're up against the glass for a hockey match or at the top row for a concert, you'll be able to see everything perfectly. Prices vary event-by-event, but generally the lowe down you are, the more expensive. Big hockey matches, particularly with Düsseldorf, will sell out so make sure that you book well enough in advance.
