What to expect from the Ibrox Stadium crowd?

Ibrox Stadium is a venue in or near Glasgow that is most often used for Soccer

During their time outside of the Scottish Premiership, there was an aura of 'meh' about the supporters. They didn't want to be playing 3rd tier teams, and they let it show. However, now back in the top flight, Rangers seem desperate to prove that are still the best team in Scotland. The fans are loud, raucous and have been known to cause a bit of trouble now and then, especially during the old firm. Keep your club colours hidden until you're in your seat, to make sure you avoid an incident.

Ibrox's atmosphere has suffered of late with the club going through some very tumultuous times. Since their insolvency in 2011, Rangers were sent to the lower Scottish Leagues and forced to battle their way back up to the SPL. This cost them a lot of fans, and as such the atmosphere dipped. Gone were the great Champions League nights and instead away days at small grounds beckoned. However, they have fought their way back up, and are now back in the SPL, even beating deadly rivals Celtic in the semi-finals of the Scottish cup! Thus, the atmosphere is back at Ibrox and with a fight to the Champions League on the horizon, the stadium will be pumping again.
