If you want to have a sit down drink in a quieter place than the race track but can't bring yourself to make the trip back into town – head to Café du Tetre Rouge – the famous trackside bar offers a much needed respite with some great drinks.Otherwise, take the tram into Le Mans itself and get yourself a drink at L'Endroit, a chilled bar with some soft music is always popular – added to the fact there is a great Pizza place across the street, you really can't go wrong.Le Stan is definitely also worth putting on your to-do list. A chic jazz bar and lounge that is open late is the perfect place to kick back and relax.

Bugatti Circuit can be found on the outside of the city and that is the reason why there are no bars close by. Instead of spending your time there, visit Le Mans and get refreshed there. There is plenty of bars to choose from, great choices are "Pause café” and "Café Berlin” with great atmosphere and good prices.
