From Liverpool City Center, the 917 bus opposite Lime Street Station is the best option as this "express” service is tailored to shuttle to and from the stadium and is around a 10-15 minute journey. A return ticket for a group of 4 is around £12 and those under the age of 19 travel for just £1.If you are travelling further afield you need to look at getting to Lime Street Railway Station which is the mainline Liverpool station for those travelling regionally or nationally. Anfield is only 2 miles from the station so you could opt to walk on a nice day which should take around 40 minutes.Alternatively you can get a taxi for around £7-£10 from Liverpool city centre to the stadium or 3 hours before kick-off on match day you can join together for a taxibus service, allowing you to split the cost.For those looking to cycle, there is a free cycle hub service that allows bike drop off in the Stanley Park Car Park where you can have your bike secured using provided locks.

Public transport is busy, but usually a better option than driving. Fortunately, Anfield is just outside the city centre and very easy to get to!From the city centre, there are 3 bus options:-the 26 bus from Liverpool One Station-the 17 from Queen Square Bus Station, or-917 from St John's Lane Each takes you to the ground directly, so you can't get lost! Tickets should only be £2-3 each. Taxi is probably the easiest option, costing less than £10 one way. There will be a dedicated 'matchday team' waiting to assist you as well. You can walk in 30 minutes, or bike and leave it securely near the stadium.

Luckily for fans Anfield is extremely easy to get to. Located very near the City Center it is accessible by taxi, train and bus. If you take the train from Liverpool Lime Street Station, your best bet is to get off at Sandhills Station and then get on the Anfield Shuttle Bus. The bus runs 2 hours before kickoff and 50 minutes after the final whistle. Across the street from Lime Street Station is the main bus stop for football fans.
