Best Pubs around Wembley Stadium?

A lot of fans choose to drink throughout central London before making their way to the Stadium, however there are plenty of options near Wembley itself.

When you come up from Wembley Central Station, you can’t miss the Blue Room which is always packed with tables, chair and of course people spilling out onto the pavement. Other popular options include classic pubs such as The Preston and The Black Horse – both complete with real ales and roaring fireplaces. The Green Man and The Torch are also Wembley fans favorites.

For a change of pace and a dash of luxury it might be worth checking out the Sky Bar 9 at the top of the Wembley Hilton, drinks are obviously more expensive here, but it has unparalleled views of the stadium and its famous arch.

There’s a list of great pubs the length Wembley itself! However, with the potential to sit 90,000 fans for a high-profile event, there’s just nowhere nearby that you’ll be guaranteed space. Since fans from each team are filtered into the stadium from opposite sides, you’re advised to visit pubs on your respective end.

If you’re on the east side, try heading to Wembley Park Drive or Bridge Road where there’s an abundance of nice footie-ready pubs. Similarly, on the west side, look to High Road or Harrow Road for yours.
