Dealing with scalpers at Yankee Stadium?

Yankee Stadium is the home of the New York Yankees and New York City FC. It is an outdoor ballpark primarily used for Major League Baseball games with a seating capacity of over 50,000 people. Yankee Stadium is located in the Bronx, about 15km drive from Midtown Manhattan. Construction on the stadium began in 2006, and to this day it is one of the most expensive stadiums ever built.

I'm also hesitate about scalpers period. You are just better off purchasing tickets on StubHub the day of that game. I've seen many times on StubHub that the day of a Yankee game, ticket prices reduce drastically because people are just trying to get rid of them for some money in return. I just looked up tickets for today's game between the Yankees and Rangers (May 24) and tickets only start at $16. Rather be safe than sorry.

I don't like to deal with scalpers because there is always that one percent chance that you will get screwed over. There are plenty of other options via ticketmaster, Stubhub, and Craigslist where you can get cheap tickets.
