When buying through SWIAM …

All tickets are legitimate and valid for entry
All the tickets sold on SWIAM are guaranteed to be authentic tickets valid for entry to the particular event . If there are any issues at all accessing the event on game day customers should contact their ticket seller ASAP. In the unlikely event of a gate access problem that you can’t resolve with event staff, make sure you get evidence of ticket invalidity from the venue. SWIAM requires this evidence in order to obtain a refund from the ticket seller who supplied the order. The evidence could be a letter from the venue or an email identifiably from venue personnel verifying that there was a problem scanning the tickets.
Your ticket received will be the same, equal or better than that originally purchased
SWIAM expects the sellers who list tickets on our website to provide the seating they advertise. Again, in the unlikely event that the seats purchased become unavailable the seller should provide equal or superior seating. Sellers are expected to contact customers proactively to confirm any significant seating changes from the original purchase rows or seat number. Customers should contact SWIAM ASAP if they are unhappy with any alternate tickets and we will investigate the issue for you and make sure you experience the game how you had planned to.
All tickets will be delivered before the game
All deliveries are made to the address listed by the purchaser during checkout. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt is made before the event occurs. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. SWIAM recommends if you have not received your tickets 48 hours prior to the event that you email support for an update on status. SWIAM will work with the seller to resolve any such situations.
If the event is permanently cancelled a full refund will be issued
SWIAM will coordinate with the ticket seller to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket order, excluding delivery fees. Please note that the ticket seller may require the purchaser to return the tickets prior to issuing a refund.
