The easiest way to get to the venue from Pamplona is simply to walk: it's virtually a straight line, and though it takes 30 minutes, there are bound to be others making the same trip. Plus, it's free!But lots of people don't like walking. Or perhaps it's raining. There's a bus which takes 20 minutes (the number 11) and leaves from the middle of town La Plaza Principe. There is a stop called "Sadar" which, of course, is the one for you! If you arrive to Pamplona by train, then take the number 16 bus to Zaragoza 84, just 5-10 minutes from the ground. Again, there will probably be other fans making the same trip.

The food options are pretty limited I'm afraid; there are vendors with some stock inside the venue walls, but on the cost vs quality scale, it's way off into the top left corner (which is bad: expensive AND low quality!). But a game of football only lasts 2 hours all in, so you should be able to eat before heading out to the stadium and have worked up just the right appetite for coming home again! There are a few bars which lurk just North of the stadium, but for proper restaurants you're going to have to make the trip back into Pamplona itself. Fortunately, once you're there, the options are vast and inexpensive! Alhambra is quite a plush, highly-rated restaurant in the middle of town, and El Mercao offers a splendid contrast with its huge tables sitting strangers right next to one another! It done a mean grill selection, so well worth a visit. The people of Pamplona are really friendly, so don't hesitate to ask for local advice!
