Restaurante Porto Novo is conveniently located and is in a nice setting which caters for some great food. It is a diverse menu that is affordable, especially at lunch time. The staff is friendly and an efficient service is provided at all times. It is the perfect place to meet an acquaintance for a nice meal. It is an infusion of what true Portuguese food tastes like.Mendi is a restaurant that caters for all that is great about Indian cuisine in the city of Porto. While it is a bit off the beaten track, it is well worth the visit. The staff won't keep you waiting and they are entirely welcoming. The food is so fresh that you can be almost certain that the herbs were picked that very day. It is based in a nice location and it certainly does not look like your run of the mill Indian restaurant.

The food really celebrates the best of Porto, but the restaurant is actually located in what appears to be a first floor apartment, this 'home from home' feel results in great food and atmosphere.As well as being the name of a great restaurant - Bacalhau is a Porto specialty, and you won't find a better place to try this salted cod dish.
