How do I get to Estadio do Dragao?

You will find the stadium approximately 4 kilometres to the north-east of the historic centre of Porto. It is located right beside the motorway that circles the core of Porto, called the Via de Cintura Interna. If you are driving to the game, you need to take the exit that is called Estadio.If you wish to utilise the city's public transport, the best option when going to the stadium is using the metro. You can get to the stadium using the A, B, E or F lines and you can get onto these lines if you go slightly to the north of the city centre. The station that you should get off at is called Estadio do Dragao, which is usually the last stop on the line for most of the routes.If you want to find parking near the ground, there are a number of private car parks nearby but you will have to get there fast as the spaces will fill up quickly.The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is only 13 kilometres to the north of city centre and caters for the encompassing region as an international hub. It is currently the 2nd busiest airport in the country.

Quite a way out of town, the Estadio Do Dragao is too far to walk, even on a beautiful day. Luckily, the stadium has excellent transport links to the rest of the city. If you hop on the Metro almost anywhere central you will be able to ride either the A, B or E trains to the end of the line and to the stadiums own train station.
