Best insider tip for Nationals Park?

Nationals Park is a venue in or near Washington DC that is most often used for Baseball

One note on attending a Nats game - be sure you are in your seat in the middle of the 4th inning! That is the time for the Presidents Race, where Tom (Jefferson), Abe (Lincoln), Teddy (Roosevelt), Bill (Taft) and George (Washington) run towards first base in a race from the outfield. These large characters with big heads are funny just on their own. Each race features some sort of antics and the popular running even has its own following.

For the 20 and 30 somethings, be sure to stop in at the Red Deck or Red Loft. It's a great social atmosphere for the more casual fans, and it is often filled with attractive younger people. You can always make your way back to your seats, but while you are there, give it a go!

One thing I've always done and recommend to others is to check out the Red Porch. It really adds something special to the experience and gives you the option to watch the game somewhere other than your seat. It provides great sightlines from the outfield as well as atmosphere.
