It's a rowdy crowd. I have never encountered anything too crazy, but I'm sure it varies nightly. Security has always been fine. It is far more dangerous encountering drunken fans in the street afterwards.

The stadium is very safe and is not in a bad part of town. Everything is very safe in general, but if you're staying out at the bars until past 2 am then just remember that you're going to be around a wild crowd.

The stadium and surrounding areas are very safe. There are some Boston hooligans that drink too much but the stadium security has always been on top of removing these people.
