It is quite a common practice in Spain to purchase tickets at the stadium on the day of the match. Granada are actually quite capable of selling out a match days before kick-off, so you may not wish to take this risk if you want to see them during your trip to Granada. This is particularly true when one of the big teams in the league (such as Barcelona, or either of the renowned Madrid teams) where tickets can sell out extra-fast despite a €20 hike in the price.

The stadium is situated in a great area for tapas and drinks. You will see really nice atmosphere there. However, it's much better if you are not coming here by car, because the closest parking is not very big. Even if you are able to park there, after the match you will assist to a terrific traffic jam!
