Audi Sportpark seating?

Audi Sportpark is a venue in Ingolstadt

The stadium was built in 2010 though it seems that the owners knew it wasn't going to attract huge numbers of fans straight away. As such, it has a capacity of just under 16,000 – with 10,000 of them being seats, the rest is standing areas. It's not a luxurious stadium by any means of the imagination but it is a functional one. The seats are comfortable and have good legroom and with the stands being newly built they mostly have great site lines, although there are a few with obstructed views – these are cheaper of course, between €17-20The best seats in the house though will cost you €39-50, especially when the bigger teams come to town.

First of all, the stadium is very small. When they built in 2010 and had just been promoted to second league, nobody would have ever imagined that they would qualify for the first Bundesliga three years after. Nowadays, they are already thinking about extending the capacity, but this might take some more years. Usually, the stadium which only fits about 15,000 spectators is full, therefore, if you want to get tickets you should book them a bit in advance, especially, when FC Ingolstadt plays against the top-tier clubs like Bayern Munich or Borussia Dortmund. Ticket prices are from 14€ (stances) to 44€, with very good tickets at an average of about 35€. Remember that the stadium is very small which makes visibility great from every kind of seat.

Ingolstadt have been sensible in their stadium building and kept excesses to a minimum: they know that they're a small city with an over-performing team and thus the ground holds just 15,000 fans. While it can be hard to get a ticket for bigger games, the view from everywhere is excellent. Stand behind either goal for €14 - this includes away fans - and get the best view in the house for €44.
