The front entrance of Citi Field features a rotunda named after Brooklyn Dodgers legend Jackie Robinson and honors his life and accomplishments. Engraved into the floor and etched into the archways are words and larger-than-life images that defined Robinson's nine values. There is also an 8 foot sculpture of Robinson's number 42.If you're dying to check out the Rotunda, you're not alone and on game day, it shows. The line to get in the Rotunda and up the escalator, as in singular escalator, is absurd. It actually goes into the parking lot sometimes. Tip: If you really want to see the Rotunda, do so on the way out of the stadium. It'll be a lot less crowded.
