Ashton Gate is one of the best venues in the country for spending a day with the kids. They have received the "Family Excellence Award” by the Football League for six years in a row, and always make a special effort to get children enjoying the matchday experience. There is a dedicated part of the programme for children; one of the players comes out to 'cap' one new supporter every game; the mascot, Scrumpy the Robin, is also on hand to entertain the kids before, during and just after the game!

Aston Gate is extremely family friendly and there is a load of things you can do to make sure that everyone has an incredible day out at the football. Young fans can also celebrate their birthday or even be mascot for the day. They also operate a first match day cap scheme, signed by a member of the team.
