They have lots of good Cuban joints around with Havana sandwiches which are to die for. Burrito's boarder is a good Latin place which has good burritos of course. They also have lots of Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, and Subway around.

The Rays don't give out much but you can usually score double of whatever they are giving out because no one comes to the games. They have bobblehead night of Longoria and then have t-shirt nights, Star Wars day with R2-D2 coolers.

The Store is usually empty and you think they could charge cheaper prices but everything is overpriced and not that great.

The best insider tip is to pay for a cheap ticket up in the upper deck and then sit in the outfield or one of the lower levels because the stadium is practically empty every day. This is fun to sprawl out and have room to yourself.

Tropicana Field is located in downtown St. Petersburg and is right next to the I-275 interstate. The I-175 I-375 also allow easy access to the stadium.

The traffic around Tropicana Field gets a little busy on the freeways before games and right around the stadium in some of the garages but overall it runs pretty smoothly.
