Best Insider tip at Adelaide Oval?

Adelaide Oval is the home of Australian rules football clubs Adelaide Crows and Port Adelaide Power. It is an oval arena primarily used for AFL and International and Domestic Cricket matches, with an attendance capacity of over 50,000. Located in Adelaide, it is about two kilometres from the city centre. The northern end of the stadium features "The Hill", a standing-room only area surrounding the heritage Adelaide Oval scoreboard, which has been standing for over one hundred years.

Soak up the match day atmosphere by walking to the ground with the crowd from the CBD via the Riverbank Bridge. There's bound to be a fair bit of banter being thrown around, particularly for derby games in between the Crows and Power in the AFL. For a true Adelaide Oval experience, join the masses on the Northern Mound in the shadows of the Morton Bay Fig Trees and the old scoreboard.
