What to expect from the Oriole Park at Camden Yards crowd?

Oriole Park is a venue in or near Baltimore that is most often used for Baseball

They are very knowledgeable and sophisticated fans who have experienced a lot of losing. They love their food and drinks and cheering on the O's. The fans are willing to share their knowledge of baseball and their philosophy of life.

Be prepared for a roaring "OH!" during the national anthem. During the game the crowd is actually very knowledgeable and friendly to those that don't know. You're not going to find a lot of folks that will mock people around them. This city went without good baseball for a long time and most fans welcome new fans with open arms. Orioles fans are really good at jeering the other team too.

The fans at Camden Yards, just like the City itself vary from section to section! Club Level will have a more subdued and mellow group. They will get excited at big plays, home runs, & RBIs, but unless it is playoff time, they maintain more "Golf Clap" type crowd. The lower level infield fans are your baseball diehards. Cheering every out, on their feet for the 3-2 pitch of the third out, and living and dying with each homer or strike out. Upper deck and Out field are your Blue Collar Fans! Cheering Every Swing, ribbing the opposing fans, and enjoying their Miller Like and Eskay Dogs!
