How do I get to Principality Stadium?

Principality Stadium is a venue in or near Cardiff that is most often used for Rugby Union

There's no avoiding it really: drivers will have to hang around a while. Parking at/near the venue is only possible if you arrive hours before the match, so it's probably the Park & Ride for you. It costs £10 (signposted off junction 33 of the M4) but it will get you there. The wait afterwards can be torturously slow however, as cars dribble out the car park.Much better to get the train. Cardiff Central Railway Station is right in the middle of town, and so only a few minutes' walk away.

The principality stadium is located slap bang in the middle of Cardiff. Whilst this makes the stadium easy to find, it does make parking problematic! There isn't a designated car park for the stadium unlike Wembley, so one option would be to drive around and find a spot in the city centre car parks. Otherwise you can get off at Junction 33 and use the park and ride service. This will cost £10 and will save you the headache of trying to get out the city centre in the mad rush after a game.Cardiff Station is only a 5-minute walk from the stadium itself which makes it one of the most convenient journeys to a stadium in the whole of the UK!
