There are scalpers outside the game but it is fine to look around and use them against each other when negotiating for a ticket and you can almost always get one cheaper than the actual face value.

I don't really like to deal with scalpers but there are plenty of them before games. I feel you can get standing only tickets for cheap as a last resort.
