A must visit especially if you have kids with you.Jeronimos Monastery is a thing of beauty, with the masterpiece being finished in 1502 with no expenses spared. It is made up of Gothic and Manueline architectural features and it was inspired by Vasco de Gama who is actually buried at the monastery alongside some of the other successful navigators of the past.It is amazingly beautiful and has great history attached to it at the same time. It is also located close to the stadium for added convenience.
