How do I get to Estadio do Restelo?

The stadium is found amongst the Belem area of the city, approximately 8 kilometres to the west of the city centre. It only takes a few minutes to walk from some of the city's main attractions, such as Mosteiro dos Jeronimos and the Torre de Belem.You can get the number 15 tram in the direction of Agles, getting on near the historic centre of the city on the Praça Comércio or Praça Figueira stops. The trams are frequent and the journey to the stadium takes approximately 25 minutes to reach the Belém stop.There are a number of buses that go to the venue, most notabley the numbers 714, 728 and 732. The bus stop you need to get off at is known as Estádio do Restelo.You can also get a train from the Cais do Sodre station, which is located at the historic centre also. You can get this train all the way to Cascais, but make sure that it is a train that stops in Belem as not all of them do. You will spend about 8 minutes on the train for this journey and it is a scenic journey that will keep you entertained.If you plan on driving to the game, there are not any pre-designated cark parks so you will have to find your own parking in the suburb neighbourhood in which the venue is located.
