For something a little different, Pony Fish Island bar is a pretty good place to grab a drink at anytime. The bar is located beneath the footbridge connecting Southbank and the CBD. Inside Melbourne Park during the Australian Open, there's only one place really, and that's the Heineken Bar!

During the Australian Open, your best bet would be to go to one of the bars inside Melbourne Park. The Coopers bar has a great summer vibe. It's an outdoor bar, that has plenty of big screens to keep an eye on the Tennis.
