Allianz Arena seating?

Allianz Arena is a venue in or near Munich that is most often used for Soccer

In following with most modern arenas, the Allianz has been designed in a bowl shape – though there are still four slightly separate stands that have slightly different feels to them. Away fans are housed in the upper reaches of the Northern Stand, and although the tiers are slightly high up, the stands are fairly steep which means you always feel close to the action. The South Stand, also known as the Südkurve Stand is where the most vocal fans like to sit – and tickets here will cost either €30 for a Bayern Munich game and €19 for an 1860 Munich match!Obviously the seats in the East and West Stands will cost the most – and for a Bayern game, expect to pay anywhere between €55-70 whereas if you are an 1860 fan, tickets are a much cheaper €35-40!

The arena is one of the most special sports buildings worldwide. Simply looking at it from the outside will open your mouth widely, especially, when it's all turned red during games of Bayern Munich. After the stadium in Dortmund, it is the second largest stadium in Germany and definitely one of the top stadiums worldwide, a venue you should definitely consider visiting. However, keep in mind that Bayern Munich games are always full, tickets sometimes even sell out before the season has started. Tickets will cost you from 35€ to 70€, sitting in the upper echelon means you will be pretty far away from the pitch, but visibility is still pretty good due to the very steep stands. Stances are 15€, both for home and away fans. In case you're rooting for Bayern Munich you shouldn't be seated in the upper echelon near the north (/west) stands. This is where the guest fans will be located and most of the time you'll only be hearing them chanting due to the fact that you're sitting right under the roof.

The whole stadium is state of the art and the sightlines are impeccable. What can be a problem, however, is the heights: the upper deck is very high and steeply banked, so if that affects you then perhaps it might be worth booking tickets further down. There are two large standing terraces for domestic games, behind either goal, though for Bayern games these can be hard to get. They're €15 if you can get one, or €14 (and easily acquired) for 1860 München home matches.
