Many racetracks take advantage of their seclusion from other eateries and shops and apply it by fleecing you for all you're worth - not the Ricardo Tormo. The stall inside are many and varied, but the price is extremely reasonable for whole meals and drinks. The only thing is that you might have to queue, or risk missing exciting parts of the race when you totter off to find a snack. Another option is to bring your own food or drink with you, though there may be restrictions on glass bottles and such.

If you are attending an event here, consider food and drink are quite expensive. About 500 meters far from the racetrack you will find Restaurante La Carreta, a good option if you are hungry and want to eat something. It's not very cheap, but it is the perfect chance to try paella (you are in Valencia, do you remember?). In Cheste (the nearest town) there are supermarkets where you can buy water or any drink or food you need for the race.
