Despite most of the nearby museums and government buildings closing around 5, the area around Verizon center is still very lively. Chinatown will always attract a crowd, and there is a also a cool comedy club nearby with late night shows.

There really isn't anything to check out. There are some stores around the stadium but as a whole there isn't anything to see.
