With its status as Scilly's top city, Palermo naturally has its pick of some wonderful seafood that you have to indulge in. Lo Scrigno dei Sapori is a great restaurant with some first-class food. Though it is quite expensive and might be a bit formal for a lot of people, it does have a great terrace and garden you can dine in. For a great spot of lunch (not normally open later in the evening), Caffe del Kassaro ticks all the boxes. With some of the best pasta dishes on the island – this place fills up quick! Right near the main railway station, Trattoria Trapani is a great traditional restaurant! It offers some great antipasti – though you must try the swordfish.
